Hollywood Legends: TCM and Julien’s Auctions
Julien’s Auctions and TCM present the auction “Hollywood Legends” taking place over five days in Summer 2022: Friday, July 15, Saturday, July 16, Sunday, July 17 and Monday, July 18 in Beverly Hills and live online at www.julienslive.com.
Featuring over 1,400 of Hollywood’s most iconic pieces from the Golden Age of Hollywood to contemporary film classics, the auction includes special collections from the Estates of Hollywood legends Doris Day, James Garner, and Robert Stack. Jewelry creations from famed designer Joseff of Hollywood and the collection of Elizabeth Taylor are featured, along with film costumes donned by Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell and Audrey Hepburn. I was viewing the catalogue yesterday and it is very exciting!
It’s not everyday that we have a chance to bid on iconic pieces from the Golden Age of Hollywood. I have fallen in love with the jewelry that was shared by several actor’s for publicity photos and film. The Liza Minelli and Elizabeth Taylor collection is lovely. Also, the medal worn by Ramon Navarro from the movie Daybreak is one of my personal favorites.
